<li>50% of men and 35% of women in Australia and New Zealand are obese and overweight.</li>
<li>From 28.3% to 55% is the increase in percentage of Australians and New Zealanders who are obese or overweight between 1980 and 1995.</li>
<li>18-24 gram is the amount of fibre most Australians and New Zealanders eat each day.</li>
<li>30-40 gram is the amount of fibre dietitians say we should eat daily for optimal health.</li>
<li>30-40% is the number of new cancer cases that better food choices might prevent each year.</li>
<li>10,000 phytochemicals has been found so far in plant-based foods.</li>
</ul>
